Colton Deck and Fence provides residential and commercial deck construction, fence installation, pergola installation, patio covers, deck repair, deck staining, and related outdoor structure services in Colton, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a signed work agreement before any work begins.
Estimates provided by Colton Deck and Fence are free of charge and come with no obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final project pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon in the signed work order. Any changes to the scope of work requested by the customer after the work order is signed may result in a change order with additional costs. We will notify you in writing before performing work that falls outside the original estimate.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing. We make every effort to honor the agreed schedule, but delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions may occur. We will notify you promptly of any scheduling changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor performed to that point.
Payment terms are outlined in your signed work agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your work agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as permitted by applicable law in California.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and cleared of personal property before the scheduled start date. Any permits required for the project are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in the work order.
You agree to provide accurate information about property boundaries, existing utility locations, and any known conditions that could affect the work. Colton Deck and Fence is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Colton Deck and Fence warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be stated in your work agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Colton Deck and Fence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colton Deck and Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or this website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
